Take responsibility of project sales, achieve team and individual annual sales and profit target;
Analyze the target market strategically, take advantage of brand influence to develop new client and explore new business;
Manage project implementation, engage sales team’s task allocation, co-work with different teams with good communication skills and ensure timely delivery of contract service and client payment;
Develop client marketing research, including developer information, project background, designer and client’s feedback for different design style;
Engage to sales team training and motivation;
Cooperate on set team’s regular sales target and strategy, including potential client’s research, client communication and promotion;
Make annual cost budget.
At least 3 years’ professional experience for project sales and management, outstanding performance is preferred;
Goal-oriented with strong acumen & enforcement of sales;
Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Chinese, good communication and negotiation skills;
Experience in marketing analysis and business judgment with good service & team spirit;
Responsible, good resilience and time management skills, ability to work under high level of pressure;
Good aesthetic and taste in design, familiar with domestic well-known developers, interior design project experience is a plus.
